This Privacy Policy describes how Khagesh Patel ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Mühle mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account via Firebase Authentication. You may also sign in via Google or Facebook, in which case those providers share your email and basic profile information with us.
• User ID — a unique identifier (Firebase UID) generated for your account, used to store your profile, game state, coin balance, and tournament history in our database.
• Profile information — display name and optional profile photo that you provide.

Gameplay Data

We store data necessary to operate the App's features, including game results, coin balance, in-app purchase history, and (where applicable) multiplayer match and tournament records.

Advertising Identifiers

If you do not purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, we display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
• Approximate location (derived from IP address)
• App interaction events used to measure ad performance and serve personalized ads

On iOS, you will be asked for permission via App Tracking Transparency before your IDFA is used for cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This includes anonymized event data such as screens viewed, features used, and session length.

Push Notifications

If you grant permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to send notifications about game invitations, tournament updates, and other relevant events.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account
• To save your game progress, coin balance, and purchase history
• To enable multiplayer matches and tournaments
• To display advertisements (unless you have purchased the ad-free upgrade)
• To analyze App usage and improve performance
• To send relevant notifications
• To respond to support requests

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics. Privacy
• Google AdMob — Advertising. Privacy
• Google Sign-In — Authentication. Privacy
• Facebook Login & SDK (Meta) — Authentication. Privacy
• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — In-app purchases. Purchase information is processed by Apple or Google; we receive only the transaction result.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, and only as necessary to operate the App's features.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email address below.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (e.g., revoke advertising tracking permission via your device settings)

We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
